I have been playing for about a year and just bought an ICON E from a friend. My question is do parts and accessorys from the Spyders work in this gun. Sorry for being a newbie and if this question has already been asked I must have missed it.

most of the parts do...well, the "universal" parts that work on any marker for sure (reg, hopper, air, drop (standard, not offset...unless you end up witha trigger frame from a spyder)). im not exactly sure which bolt style works, i think trigger frames do (but you'd better get conformation before you buy), springs, valves, lpc's, barrels do.
Ok, I need sugestions. The gun is gonna be used for scenario(i know its not the best gun for theis but I got a good deal on it from a friend). What should I do to it. Its already got a 32* 12" Quiet Riot and Ill probably get a 14" Whisper for it also. Probably bolt, what kind? Can I do the venturi thing with this gun? Trigger? Can I get an angled feed port? Open to any suggestions.

I am 22years old, married and in the military. I was given my IconE a year ago by my brother. This thing had stripped screw holes and leaked. I fixed the problems. I paintball about once a month.
My IconE has a 13" barrel, a delrin bolt and a 32* valve. I have also adjusted the trigger so that the pull is minimal. This paintball gun is a blast and I love it. I wont get anything else until It has fallen apart.. literally. I will chop now and again, but no big deal.
Anytime someone tries to talk **** I laugh at them for spending so much on a toy, that their parents probably paid for anyhow.

My son is running an Icon Z which is the same gun but not electronic triger. I have upped his marker with a 32 degrees 6chamber expansion chamber, Hitman bolt (no longer in production but you can find them on Ebay sometimes) and a 14" J&J ceramic barrel fed with a JT evolutionII hopper. His gun is almost silent extremly acurate and probably has not chopped a ball in the last 8 games that we have played at our house.
Have any of you guys have problems with air going out of the barrel right when you put the tank on? Cause everytime I put on my tank the air goes straight out the barrel.
