With spyder clones, the firs thing you should try is a fresh battery. Its surprising how many problems that fixes.
With that:
Are you out of air?
Are you missing your hammer/bolt spring?

99% of the time, blowbacks not cocking is simply lack of lubrication or gunk buildup from improper maintenance cleaning it out thoroughly and giving some oil usually sorts it out. If lubrication doesnt work, then it's either the speed being set too high (too much spring tension, could also be a damaged spring) or a gone hammer oring. If that's ok, then it'd be time to check the valve.
