Icon LED

I bought an Icon LED last summer and have yet to use it due to mechanical problems. When I pull back the bolt and try to fire the gun does nothing. When I 'assist' the electrical actuator in the handle (which pushes on the trigger mechanism) the gun sometimes fires. If I just pull the trigger normally, the actuator clicks to a very small degree, but not enough to fire. I am using a 9-volt battery instead of the 9.6 with which the gun came because it's dead. Is the 9-volt not powerful enough, or is there another problem?
Thanks

This can be a few problems:
1. Low voltage, try and get a freash name brand 9v
2. If that doesn't work, try and get a 9.6v (I have one for sale in my sig )
3. And if that doesn't work, try shimming your noid with a nickle
4. And if that doesn't work, you need a new capacitor

I looked at the battery/charger on your sig, the one my gun uses is shaped like a 9-volt

Also, what to you mean when you say 'try shimming your noid with a nickle'?
Since you seem to know what you are talking about, which capacitor would need replacing?

thanks for the help

The battery is placed outside the grip, preferably in a tank cover (tube socks work well >.<)

Put a nickle behind your noid, so it's farther forward than it would origionaly be.
-| pretend thats the noid
[] pretend thats a nickle

-|[]

Put the nickle right behind the flat side of your noid

And the capacitor is the BIG thing sticking out of your board, can't miss it
