If you have a rechargeable batteryt in there, yes. Mine did not come with one, had to buy seperately.

Are you using a standard 9 volt battery? Nine volts isnt enough in most cases to power the sear to release the hammer.

What you need to get is a 9.6 volt. Java makes rechargeable ones as does 32 degrees. Since you have the Icon E, you probably have this battery, but I figured I'd throw it out just in case.

regular 9V battery is enough. no need for 9.6V on the icon e

make sure the trigger frame is screwed in all the way. if it isn't close enough to the body then it will jsut click. it happened with my icon a couple times. i screwed in the back screw on the trigger frame thne it worked.

I had this problem and the solution isnt very obvious

It has happened on 2 e-frames that i have had.

The trigger selonide has proberable come loose or shifted.

Take the trigger frame off and open it up. Stick a screwdriver to the 1 side of the selonide and make sure its pushed completly to the 1 side. Then make sure the worm screw is in tight which is located at the top of the frame pointing down onto the selonoid, using some threadlock is a good idea.

If that doesnt work then its likely to be the battery, in both of my e-frames only duracel ultra will cut it. cheaper batterys wouldnt work

You might also have problems with recharganle batterys as they tend to be a bit weak.

If you still have a problem putting a bit of oil on the sear can also help.

Your problem can be several things.
1. Trigger frame not screwed in all the way
2. Low battery
3. Sear problems (Take to pro-shop)
4. Put bolt, etc. in wrong way.

Hope this helps
