first you find any picture you want to use as your avatar, then go into a photo editor ( i use microsoft photo editor ) and resize the picture to 90 by 90 pixels, then push the "user cp" botton on the top of the page ( on paintball-forum ), then click "edit options", go to the bottom of the page and click "change avatar" then browse for the pic and select it.
