that's the biggest load I've ever heard. The greats are not who they are simply because they practiced all of the time. You think Carlos Santana, B.B. King, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Kirk Hammett, Randy Rhodes, Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Angus Young, Tony Iommi, Jimmy Page, and other gods got that way because they just practiced their scales and chords? Are you saying that the kid who can't even play the main riff of Enter Sandman even though he's been practicing it all year has as much talent as any of those people I mentioned? if you truly believe that, then your songs you write probably consist of no more than some chords and scales put together with some loose music theory.
