Because there isn't the need to shoot that quickly with a real gun, plus the ones that do shoot fast operate with full automatic or burst firing.
The other reason of the double trigger is to allow you to use two fingers, reducing the fatigue on one finger. Real guns usually aren't firing for that long period of time, therefore the need for a double trigger on a real gun is minimal.
The pistol on the Xbox game "Halo" has a double trigger though, just a little FYI
