If CO2 at roughly 850psi wouldn't even shoot the ball out of the barrel the problem probably lies with the tank valve or an empty tank. Use a large allen wrench and *carefully* press the pin on the tank. Does any air fly out? Do you have a pressure gauge on the gun? What pressure output was his HPA reg set to?
