i don't care what kind of person you are. you gotta relax dude, go smoke a joint if that works for you. a person cannot MAKE you angry, but you react to their actions by getting angry. try changing the way you react to realizing they're stating an opinion rather than just getting mad about them "flaming" you, when they're not.
