think for a second
the whole argument here is that the lvl 10 is completely mechanical, without the help an electronic eye. So, if we think rationally, we can see that if a piece of machinery that lacks an electronic sensor and relys purely on mechanical power(like potential and kinetic energy)and still does not cut the balls. Therefore we can deduce that there is no need in making an electronic upgrade that costs twice as much to perform the same task(at lower quality) as a solid, non-electronic, machined part. simply put, maybe tradition and enginuity wins over electronics and the "space age technology". i dont mean to sound cocky or smart but just sit and think about the difference in the two parts.
