That vid is of the milkman. He has an r/t with a modified hose (larger). He really is hitting 24BPS. The 98C will hit that speed, the only problem is getting paint to feed reliably. The way the chamber is shaped and the low-tech ball detent limit your options on the pressure a force feed loader can apply before you over feed.

I have seen pics of modified 98C's that have the chamber reworked. One comes to mind of a feedtube inserted through the front grip. The balls fed upward and he had a modified chamber shape and ball detent. Something like that is needed to make it feed paint that fast reliably. A verticle direct feed mod would be pretty cool to see.

The trigger properly modified and the sear properly seated and polished are perfectly capable of obtaining 20BPS with some SERIOUS skill. I know I personally can't do it.
