if u get cheaper paint it wont float, and tippy's are usually all mech, unless u have an electro kit for em, so you dont have to worry about that, yes it should be able to fire underwater, but you'd have to make sure u dried it off VERY good before u put it away..... most likely though the paintballs will break once u pull the trigger, because of the water...
