wheres XJ or anyone else for this... this was brought up a while ago and turned into a big flamming war...
if i remember correctly we all kinda agreed it could be done (with certain water proofing precautions) but you would loose so much velocity it owuld be pointless (assuming the marker was COMPLETELY submerged and firing into the water or the paintball had to travel through water to get the surface)
