Get a high pressure preset. There's no reason to buy a LP tank for a cocker. The inline reg is there for a reason: to regulate that high pressure down to the marker's operating pressure.

Also, all air tanks have this "valve," like Pizzer said. That's the regulator. The regulator takes the pressure in the tank (in this case 4,500 pounds) and brings it down to ~750-800psi. If you tried to run 4500psi straight into your marker, it would explode.
