I dought that a flash bang gives off no shrapnel. It is metal, it explodes..........What do you think happens to the outside of the thing when it explodes? It desinigrates? If your going to get smoke grenades just by some of those mammoth smoke things. They dont burn very hot. Just wick when you first light it. You could probably hold it in your hand. Can get them pretty much any where that sells fireworks.
