ok so I started a team there is 5 of us now and 4 others that have played with us once or twice.
I am the captain and I would really like to keep the first 4 they are good friends. the others I will just make try out so my problem is with the first four actually only 3 of them. They won't do anything to learn about paintball they think they know it all. I even send them links to arcticles but they still don't do it

2 of them don't seem like their tring very hard at it and they are making about 10$ a week. don't know what to do about that yet either. one of them has proclaimed themself co-captain and I don't want him to be co-captain. neither do some other people on the team. he has a very short temper hmmmm what to do.
so should I thertan to kick them off the team so they so they start doing more? If they still don't do more should I actually kick them off the team?
