That's not how the RT trigger in a Tippmann works. The Tippmann 'E' (electronic) frame does have a 'response' setting that allows it to fire on the pull and release,but the normal Tippmann RT trigger only applies 'kick' to the trigger allowing you to sweetspot the trigger for an action that simulates full auto.
And yes, the RT Valve in a Mag has a very similar effect as the Tippmann RT, only with much less 'RT' effect and is therefore more difficult to sweetspot the full auto effect.An adjustable air tank that allows you to increase the input pressure to a RT mag valve will increase the RT effect and make it much easier to get that full auto effect.
