It says 13bps because that's how fast they could shoot when that site was created. They originally had Nelson boards which were capped at 13bps because it didn't have eyes. No point in giving a gun unlimited ROF when there is no eyes to prevent chops. Now the ROF is unlimited which means it will shoot as fast as your hopper can load.
They were made from around 2002-March 1st 2004.
They weigh 2lbs 9oz.
Upgrades depend on what you want. All 04's come stock with SCM's which are great. If you want it to kick less and get slightley better efficiency then get a Mitey Max. I slapped one on mine and now it kicks like a Matrix. It's insane. Other than that get a new barrel if you shoot larger paint and a HALO.
