I'm not sure if you'll want to divide them into gunners and stuff. Putting men in squads would be a little too much. Maybe 2 or 3 people a squad. You can have tank squads if he has a tractor or something.
As for missions. You can start buy having 12 Americans go against 8 Iraqis. They should start at one end and try to get to the Capital "Baghdad". Then you can have missions were you try and have a small group of Americans try to assasinate Saddam Hussein. Set up flag stations. Have a mission were the Iraqis have attack the Americans base. Or have the Americans try and capture a number of flag stations in a certain amount a time. When you do come up with missions, most of them should be the US attacking and Iraqis defending.
