-Yes, they go the same velocities as normal semis ( with the right springs, you can get over 300 with almost any gun, even a crappy blowback)

-You CAN use a regular hopper, but there is somethign claled stock class, which you use 12 gram CARTRIDGES instead of a large canister of CO2. Stock class also uses a 10-round feed tube that sits where most people put a scope on a gun. When I first saw a stock class gun I thought it was a scope. But then I learned better.

You only pump for every shot. Your not compressing air. The compressed air comes out of a tank. When you pump, your essentially pulling the hammer back. Ever shoot a revolver? Same principle, but the propellant (gunpowder in this case), is in the projectile.
