These tactics would work well for teams that train together but for your average walk on group good luck.
In that situation you'll be lucky if they even watch you because of their tendency for tunnel vision. If they are paying attention keep things simple by using a predetermined gesture and pointing at where you spotted the enemy. Anything more complicated then that with walk on players would probably cause distraction and confusion.
