I'm pretty sure both are just the same Standard Impulse (2K3 most call them) they are selling now. They aren't categorized by year.
They both should come with the SP Gel Grips.
And they are both Vision ready.
I'd take the first one anyway. You get a bolt, trigger, and an egg, rather than ball detents that aren't exactly needed, and a trigger.
