just because its set at 18 bps doesnt mean you or anyone will hit 18 bps : ).
Even if you say its X amount of days/months/years old and even if you say it can hit X bps or youve used it X amount of times, there isnt anyway to really prove it...its a used marker and i got my Orracle w/worr blade +ups (including Hopper and whatnot) Bran Spankin New For About... 900-1000$
