Ford GT: 550hp/500 lb-ft tq weight 3390lbs
Vette "Blue Devil": 625hp/600lb-ft tq weight 2,900lbs
They both have close to the same gearing and the same rear end, so as long as the vette has good rubber in the same size or larger it should be able to blow the GT away. It should also handle just as well as the GT. The GT isn't the greatest car on the track, its weight distribution is way off so it is a difficult car to push. Look at the slalom numbers, they are usually equel to a Crysler crossfire. I don't know what you are talking about the GT blowing away the Enzo in 0-60, the Enzo is on average half a second faster 0-60 and in 1/4mile it is about 2 seconds faster on average. Maybe you read wrong, the Ferrari usually compared to the GT is the Challenge Stradale which is the car it was made to beat, which is the one it does beat in 0-60 but only the trap speed is higher in the quarter given equel driving ability. I think you are the one that needs to read up bud. By the way, I never said the Blue Devil could beat the Enzo in anything, I just said it only has 35 less Hp for a car that cost 1/10 of the price, which makes it a much better and much more amazing buy IMHO. As far as production numbers 199 Enzo's were made for public, about 2,400 Ford GT's are planned, and as far as we know the Blue Devil could become a full production car. It is only in the prototype stage, they could make like 500 a year for like 8 years which would be more then the GT.
