emag

Give me the rundown on the emag. Was planning on buying my friends classic but then decided after looking at all the ups i would get for it to get a different gun, but still want a mag. What is the bps on an emag? Is the battery life good?

There are no aftermarket batteries for the Emag, and its not needed. The Emag battery is NiMh so it will never lose power after charges. The battery life i good, I usually play two days before charging it, i know it can last for longer.

With a updated Emag (3.2 software), it is capped at 20bps..

and even if the battery did die, you can throw it in the car or a regular plug and let it chare(a dead one with 1 hour charge will do about a case of paint, but if dead, it will go for 6 hours till fully charged). and while its charging you can still play in mech mode, which is able to rapid fire while in mech. and a cool thing is hybrid mode, which crosses the rapid fire plus the electro pull(very fun and fast).

also in rapid fire(mech and hybrid mode) you can easily go over 20.
you can also upgrade the board. i am getting a pred 2 board soon, so no cap for me. lol

its illegal in tourneys(not at the last on i went to...some hick a** back wood thing, but i got some money. i would have turned it off if they asked, and if there wasn't a guy ramping a DM4 there.), but fine for rec and scenario play. at my field i use it, but i know when not to, and most people that have the same ability wouldn't care and just light up anyone. i care enough about everyone haveing fun, and leaving with a good memory.
