mag deal...omg people dont stay talkin to me
well the guy with the trix is never on so i started talkin to this guy with a mag
he wants to do straight up for my 2k4 cocker
for
-automag rt (power-feed left)
-everything annodized metallic blue besides body which is chrome
-intelli frame with switch and wires set-up
-blue dye stickies
-level 10
-parts kit including stock bolt, all o-rings, shims for level 10, springs and any other pieces required for general maintenance on the marker.
-clear 90 degree elbow
-bottom line setup
-stock barrel
only thing is that it doesnt have a safty.
problem:well theres a leak and hes going to send it to this guy to disasemble it ....to do this well its been sittin fer a while and he would strip it down... change the o-ring in the on/off put a safety on and just clean it up pretty much lol theres a small leak downt the barrel so he'd fix that....and he said the guy doesnt know how much it will cost to fix untill he sees it..but i might have to add a bit after its done..

Leak down the barrel.. Ask him to gas the marker up right now, adn hold the trigger down..
IF the leak stops the LX needs to be adjusted, and you can do this yourself. Be like "Well since it leaks, I'll offer you $50 less then origonally asked then go from tehre.

Hummmm, it's close for sure. Maybe too close to call.
Would I? After seening the Mag maybe. The automag should be far less of a hassle to keep working. SO few moving parts to break in one.
Always suspectious of a non-working marker used. Tuff call.
How well is your cocker working? (that didn't sound right)

Is it an RT or an RT Pro? RT's are good markers, but have some restrictions if you want to upgrade to an x-valve. I.e. They don't fit. That and if you wanted to upgrade to an ULE body, you can't as the RT is a gas through rail. Resale on the RT is about $250 - $300... If it is an RT pro, then its all good, you can upgrade to your heart's content. RT PRO sell used from $350-$500 or so..
As far as the trade goes, it depends on what your autococker is worth. But it sounds like you are getting a decent trade if its the PRO, maybe at a disadvantage for at straight RT..
But then again, I could be wrong.

I don't know enough about them but that looks like a newer grip frame on a older RT body?
If it's already got the X-Valve (Emag valve may be the same) and the level 10 then it's a close trade. That is if your cocker is a bone stock 04' VF (Pro-Stock).

i'd say get it. Just b/c it has lvX. Especially if it's a RT PRO like medic said. Then buy a new body.

That's an Original re-anno'd RT.
In order to change anything other than the grip your going to need a whole new gun basically. Body, rail and valve assembly @ $325 if you go thru AGD and the RT upgrade package.Much more if you buy parts seperately.
So....
If you like it exactly as it's pictured with no plans to upgrade then get it.
Otherwise look for something newer.

You're dead set on getting a mag eh?
Check out AO's b/s/t or try to make a straight up trade on PBN. You'll have better luck there. More people to trade with, more people that don't know jack.
Although i do suggest that you do a lot more research into this before you actually carry through with it. #1 reason people get rid of their markers is because they hate them! That wouldnt happen if they would just research the marker before they purchase it and at least try it out several games.
