yeah, i got everything used, its a 68 classic mag with a lvl 10. you may have seen the thread... i also have a black spring but im pretty sure thats a stock spring from a previous bolt.

would being low on air affect tuning possibly? the gauge is kinda hard to read on my bros tank (which i was using) and it was under 800 (could have been as low as 200 though, its hard to read) by the time i was moving up to the 2.5 carrier, and its been doing some stuff that doesnt make sense.

mags need alot of air, at least 700 psi in the valve at all times if you want it to perform well. fill that tank and try again.

i remember when i had the mag, there was a black spring, 2 bronzish springs and a long silver spring (which seemed to be clipped). but i never really fooled with the mag.

i got it from WARPED1 at www.beog.org

i know this is an old sticky but i am looking @ getting a ule rt custom with x valve and level 10 it comes factory tuned with the level 10.

In the event that the white o ring wears out will the shims/carriers/springs be provided with the new gun or will i have to send the gun in and have it retuned if/when the o ring wears out or breaks?

When you buy a new mag the level ten is factory tuned in that it will work properly when you get it (ie no leaks) but a lot of people tune the level ten further when they get it to make it more sensitive so they can shoot more brittle paint. If you need to replace the oring you will most likely have to tune your mag again you could send it back to the factory but they send you all the carriers and shims when you buy the mag so you can do it yourself. It is easy to do once you get the hang of it but it can be frustrating at first it is important to learn how to do it yourself so that you can fix it yourself at the field tuning a level ten is basic Automag maintenance.
