Your question can be interpreted in two different ways. Are you asking:
A) What other blowforward markers operate rather like classic mags?
or
B) Who made 'PL' classic mags?
The answer to A is the Badger, Desert Fox, Armson semi and LS2000.
The answer to B is Smart Parts with the 'SmartMag' and Armson/PTP with the Micros. Also note that Eclipse and Smart Parts sold body kits with custom anodizing.
My question: what was the original superbolt made of?

"b" was the question. and you are correct.
Delrin i believe.
they would only stand about 10,000 shots before needing a new sleve.

The difference is just that on the reverse Xvalve, the air inlet and X are on the opposite sides from the regular Xvalve.

Do any of you remember the Galactic Z-body? Or what it did, what barrel was made for it, or what it's biggest problem was?

Shims in the ULT are used to adjust the trigger sensitivity, and amount of "RT" effect.
Shims in the Level 10 change where the bolt starts to vent air, thus making it more sensative on balls with more shims.

the Z-Body was ment to give the ball a flat trajectory (sp?) much like the new barrel from BT, and the flatline. it had a little adjuster on it that pushed down on the top of the ball to give it a spin.
You have to use a big bore barrel to get some backspin out of it.

Lapco made a .697 barrel for it called a Z-Barrel or somesuch.
And one of the biggest problems was that it was made of out of soft aluminum and the holes were prone to stripping.

The old idea of drilling 7 holes in a circle on your reag with the idea that you'd get greater airflow. Doesn't work because only one of the holes on the reg (the origonal AGD drileld one) lined up with the valve, and the others hit nothing.
Probably came from the idea of drilling out your ASA for freater airflow.

spyder mod is were you mod an electro spyder frame to work with a mag. it is the cheapest way to get it to walk without badly short stroking with a mech frame. it won't be too fast, but its cheap.
here are the instructions-
http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...ight=spydermag
ofcourse i would just get an RT valve, and be done with it... lol

a ULT will not fit in an AIR Valve. You have to dill it out, and if you do that it will make it VERY easy to shortstroke
