Just a thought...

This automag section is lacking something... i mean its pretty good already but i think it would be sweet if we had a ULT tuning sticky. I would write it myself, but i dont know much about ULT.

Just a thought...

Someone should write something on ULTing. Maybe I'll do it.

I do have something on how to rapidfire on my website. IT shows how to take out and add shims to your ULT.

so im guessing ULT isn't nearly as hard to tune as lvl 10...? all you do is have to add or remove shims until you get it to fire or something?

i've accidently left on on/off on my drop on and screwed the tank in 2x with the valve just sitting there hooked up to the asa while messing with the spyder mag.... the ult on/off is quite aerodynamic apparently

The diameter of the RT on/off is different then the diameter of the classic on/off. In order to compensate, you have to drill the hole out on the classic valve. Once the hole for it it large enough, it should work.

You'll love this. The first day I got my mag, I was tinkering, and AGD was trying to walk me through tuning my LX over the phone. I had really no idea what all these crazy things were and what they did. Well, I forgot to put on my powertube tip for some crazy reason. Mind you my brother was being an asswad to me while I was on the phone trying to do this.

I gas it up, and somethign flew across my room, adn the carrier was stuck inside the bolt. It asn't pretty.

When I tryed to put my LX into my classic valve. I forgot to take out a part from my L7. After around 4 tanks and a lot of time NOTHING worked (I even asked alpha for help through the whole thing...and rogue...and zeddy). Turns out I forgot to take out this rubber thing in the L7 thats equivalent to like 14 LX shims lol.
