Got My Mag, Have A Few Q's

ok i got my mag today, i payed 50 bucks for this:

i have a few questions though.

ok how can i tell a lvl 10 from lvl 7?

the sear has that pin on it that contacts the trigger, is that supposed to be lose not aired up cause it just sort of sits there and doesnt make sence.

what kind of barrel is that, looks like a really old AA without any sp markings, idk who else made spiral proting i though SP patented it or some crazy crap like that.

and basicaly whats basic maintenece on this, right now i know that its needs through cleaning, im just going to use water and a soft cloth and take the vlave out of the body and get the body nice and clean same for the barrel and expansion chamber.

as far as the vlave goes it doesnt seem dirty but how do i go about cleanign that, looks like its got loads of parts.

omg, you got the best mag deal in the world!

all you need to maintain is oil on the bolt, and drop some oil in the asa, then air it up and fire it a couple times.

looks like an oldschool all american.

make your way over to automags.org when you get a chance, but while you're here-

ok how can i tell a lvl 10 from lvl 7?

lvl10- http://www.automags.org/pic/img/lvl10/lvl10_5.jpg
cannot sit on its butt (unless you have some amazing balance)
lvl7- can sit with foamie facing up.
and you can always just stick your finger down there, but thats the hard way.

the sear has that pin on it that contacts the trigger, is that supposed to be lose not aired up cause it just sort of sits there and doesnt make sence.

its fine, all you need to worry about is when its aired up.

as far as the vlave goes it doesnt seem dirty but how do i go about cleanign that, looks like its got loads of parts.

Place 3-4 drops in the ASA, or disconnect your quick disconnect and drop it in the female end of the QD. Gas it up and with the barrel off, fire it into a towel 20-30 times to get rid of the oil mist and then put the barrel back on. If you don't take the barrel off, be sure to run a squeegee through to remove the oil that coats the inside of the barrel. Pretty much any of the paintball gun oils on the market will work fine. Gold Cup, which comes with AGD guns is okay, but it will dry out over time. I personally use KC Trouble Free Synthetic Oil and never have replaced an o-ring due to wear.

anymore help, just ask. but first read the manual here- http://www.airgun.com/manual.shtml you want the 68Automag/Minimag Manual.
