I went woodsballing yesterday and i found a longbow for a very good price *$100.00* and i know it is a AGD paintball marker but does the design affect any of the performance capabilities if the marker?

The "Longbow" isn't an AGD marker it is a modification made by Special Ops to an AGD Tac One marker. Basically Special Ops just added a springfed magazine system to the Tac One to sell to sniper wannabes. The design essentially cripples a top of the line mechanical semi by limiting the paint to a magazine but fortunately that can be fixed by removing the useless special ops mods. If you indeed found a Longbow for $100 that is a deal so good that you should buy it even if you don't want the marker. Just the valve alone is worth nearly $200 and the rail, mainbody and trigger frame is good for another hundred or so and the Longbow crap can also easily be resold. Anything AGD has great resale value whoever is selling this for $100 must be retarded.

Ok, thakns for the info, i do believe the Longbow is an AGD design because it has the design of an air gun (AGD) im not trying to be a sniper i have shot it befire and it has great accuratcy.

BTW my cousin is selling me the gun... so you just called him retarded so all i have to say to you is... Fudge you...with ice cream and sprinkles

If your cousin is the one selling it for only $100 he is either desperately in need of cash or the world's nicest cousin. I'm not sure if you are trying to tell me I'm wrong or I'm just not understanding you but the Longbow isn't made by AGD. The Tac One is made by AGD but the parts that make the Longbow a Longbow are made by Special Ops. The stock Tac One already has great accuracy because it runs on HPA (which is regulated already) and the Automag Xvalve adds a second level of regulation so the Tac One when broken in will shoot +/- 2fps every time the Longbow stuff looks awesome but contributes nothing to the accuracy of an already first class marker.

All because you put a half block a WGP cocker doesn't mean its just a half block cocker. Its still a WGP marker. The tac one with the longbow crap on it, is STILL A AGD.


But he is right, your cousin is either: rich, stupid, very nice, retarded, in need of money, idiotic. Jump on the deal though, just make sure you don't use CO2 on it. I saw a guy hook up CO2 on a brand new one and 3 shots later it broke all to heck.

Ok, but the point is, the longbow has a AIR GUN DESIGN (AGD) but thts not the question. So i ask again... Does the design affect the performance?

All Special Ops did was take the feedneck and make it able to use a springfed magazine. So when you consider that you have a top of the line semi with an RT now using a 20 ball magazine I guess you could say the performance is hurt a bit.

Wow, quite the deal came by you. You could trade that body for a NEWER body to somebody and I bet they would be willing to add $30. People need the older bodies for the Longbow so I say get rid of the Longbow crap (like $200 there) and trade somebody bodies and make them add cash (like $30) then you have made $130 and you can send the Tac One to:
