Building An AutoMag From Scratch

I am thinking of building myself an AutoMag and would like to know the parts I would need for it to be fully useable, and a the price range it would cost to build one. I would building this over a 6 week period ordering the parts slowly. I will probably start with a ULE Body, XValve or LvL10, and a Frame (Don't Know Which). I will be using the gun mostly as RecBall in the woods.

If I could get help in the direction I should be going it would be helpful. This should be a fun little project as I continue using my T98c while building my new Mag. Will building the gun be too hard a task as it seems very straightforward, with the help of the instructions booklets of each part I should be able to figure it out.

Well if you bought a body, valve, rail, and frame seperate, it would cost you about $580. If you bought a ULE custom, with barrel, ule body, ULT, and intelliframe from AGD or one of their dealers it would only cost $520. If you bought it from them without the J&J barrel it would be $470.

Do you have a direct link to one of the dealers. I would be interested in buying one without the barrel. What else would be left after this purchase besides the Hopper/Nitro to have the gun in working order?

I have been retired from Paintball for about a year, and am finally getting back in. Now I actually have a good job and can afford an upgrade.

EDIT: While checking out the site I came up on the Tac-One. Which gun would be a better deal for a RecBall Player? Also these guns are fully operatable out of the box correct just gas and go?

Yup, just gas and go. All that the tac-one is, is just a mag with a scenerio type body. What makes a mag depends on what valve it has. You can find a dealer at http://www.tunamart.com or talk to RogueFactor on AOL Messenger or e-mail him at roguefactor@earthlink.net

mags are probably the easiest gun to build from scratch....so few parts to buy

and putting them togather doesn't take a rocket scientist
