my on/off's

so here i am. I just completed a trade with a guy for an e-mag. He said he sent 2 on/off's, one is faster, or lighter, something like that. Anyway, i want to know which one will be better to use. One looks as though it is made completely of brass and has wear where the sear pushes. The other is 1/3 brass and some other metal like alluminum or steel.
thanks for any help

Neither of them should technically be faster if they both have the correct length pin.

The all brass on/off assembly should have a .712 length pin and the one with the silver(aluminum) top should have a .725 length pin. If you put the .712 pin in the aluminum on'off assembly the valve will be more reactive on manual mode only.

Sorry, I just got in.

AO tech get's kinda swamped sometimes ,and since I Tech 9-5,M-F I don't always feel like wadding through it all. There are also a "few" trust worthy posters over there that can usually help most people as well.

I do try and get around to the smaller boards where help is harder to get.

Jay.
