allright after my dad completely rejected me being able to get a cyborg i started looking into the rt pro but i was wondering if there is any way to hook up a regulator to it

The gun already has a built in reg, no need for another, it'll only make the gun perform worse.

Where does the x-valve go? Does that do inside the gun?

Yes it goes into the back of the body.
