You may see two minor gains in performance.
A) The level 10 bolt is a fair bit lighter than the level 7. As a matter of fact,it's one of the lightest complete reciprocating masses of any paintball gun there is.Therefore you should see a some reduction in felt recoil of the marker when going from L7 to L10.
2) The O.D. of the L10 has been increased a bit over the L7 bolt,so you should see less blowback over the L7.
The negatives :
A) The level 10 requires you to run a higher valve pressure. This will cause your marker to stop shootong, due to lack of air pressure, earlier than with the L7. Meaning, when you air tank starts to run empty, your marker will quit firing sooner.Depending on how the L10 is set up,inconsistant cycling of the marker will begin under ~800psi.
2) Due to the design of the Level10,air pressure if vented during the firing stroke of the gun. This will cause you to use more air overall. (less totol shots per tank)The amount you lose wll depend on how often you 'pinch' balls (anti-chop working) during that tank of air.If you pinch quite a few,you will definately see a noticable loss of shots. If you rarely pinch balls(would be chops),you will not see as great a loss overall.
Regardless of either, the Level 10 will cost you shoots per tank.It just varies as to how many.
