Revert

Today while firing my mag at the chrono I noticed something was a little off, and sure enough after a slight jiggle my feild strip screw falls out. Then i look at it and its snapped in half, strip apart my mag and sure enough theres the other half of the screw in the valve. Has this ever happened to anyone? or any reason what might have caused it?

That should not have happened. Just consider yourself lucky that the groove in the rail kept your valve from unscrewing and hitting you in the face like a pressurized rocket...
