hydro date is 09 I think, in great condition, except cover is worn, and valve has a little crack in it. It is only cosmetic and it works great. I think it is carbon wrapped aluminum as it is very lite for its size.

The tank is 4500 PSI not 3000 if that is what you men't. Other wise it's not an adjustable output or anything like that. It has run great on my cocker, 98, a few spyders, and an automag. Let me know if you want it.

is this carbon fiber or steel? Is the tank a solid glosy black, or kindda look like its been woven?

and about high or low pressure, i think its high cuz he says he used it in a 98c and in some spyders...
not sure about it thou...

its wierd because ive never seen a 68/4500 steel tank, only stelel tanks ive ever seen were 3000 psi, thats why i asked
