Tank/Fill station questions!

I'm interested in exploring the option of having my own little mini fill station. Any questions you guys could answer would be a huge help! I have a tippmann 98c. I'm thinking of switching over to HPA so I can run my own little fill station....

1) Are there different kinds of tanks to hold CO2 and HPA? I know ppl use scuba tanks for HPA, but can the same be done for CO2?

2) Can any tank be used to hold CO2 or HPA? Does it have to be over a certain size?

3) If I find an old tank, what is involved in making it work? I know it needs to be hydro tested - whats the cost involved here? If it has been sitting for a long time with no gas in it, it rusts on the inside - if they tumble it, can it still be suitable for a fill station tank? What's the cost involved here?

4) What connectors/hoses would I then need? Could you link me to an example? Where might I buy it? How much?

Thanks in advance!!!
