I have an 05 prostock with a stock regulator, and im wondering if i get a 45 4500 how many shots will i get per tank and also a 68 3000.

generally you will get about 700 shots out of both a 45/45 and 68/30.

And also, this would technically belong in the air systems forum. Don't worry about it now, but just a little info for next time
