I'd have to say that this is where common sense works best. I do not know their exact rules, but I'd think to abide by at least the following:

- Wrap the tank when shipping it.
- Don't send it with air in it what-so-ever.
- If, when sending it, and they ask if it is puncturable, say, "Yes'm."

No biggies.
