It will slow down your cycle rate, its harder to strip your marker, it scratches your internals, it leaks, and it makes your marker really loud.
so I would stay away from it, Tippmann actually recommends not using it at well.

I had one in my 98C and liked it alot more than the stock one. Mine never leaked and didnt make it louder at all. And how could a powertube scrath the internals it doesnt move. And the bolt it comes with cycles faster cause its like a derlin material and doesnt scrath it either. Have you ever used one? If you have then maybe you got a bad one

that is just what a friend of mine described, he is usually is pretty knowledgeable in this area, but it really wouldn't surprise me if hes wrong... I personally have no experience with it except that Tippmann strongly reccomends not using it.

I have never heard that so maybe i got lucky with mine IDK. But if your set on gettin it crusty i can sell you mine and save you some money. Im sellin mine for $25 shipped.

Most everyone who reviewed it likes it. If I were to get this piece, I'd definitely polish my internals first. I like the look of it - and it'd go hand in hand with upgrading to a titanium rear bolt.
