if you took a look at the autococker sticky, you would have found the answer quicker than it took you to type this message.

The answer is, yes, a/s c02 is fine.

if you order an anti-siphon tank online, it won't come adjusted to your needs. The a/s tube is curved in a " ( " shape, and the top end needs to be pointing UP when the tank is screwed in all the way so it will only take in gas, not liquid. If you take your tank + ASA to a shop, give them like $7. This would cover the price of the tube and installation.

The anti-siphon is nice, but the cocker will run fine without one.

Don't forget, 14 years ago, teams like Ironmen played with Cockers on CO2 with NO anti-siphon, and NO regulators. They worked just fine.

Used CO2 (anti-siphon) for almost a year without a single (air-releated) problem. Most people are like "teh c02 on a cocker!!???!?!?!!?! are you crazy??!#?!" but thats not anywhere near true. Besides HP is one of the few people on these forums that you can pretty much always trust on this kinda thing.
