HP or LP?

I'm searching online for a cheaper N2 bottle that is high pressure so it will work on my current Tippmann 98C and next gun my System X Vengence Cocker. I'm havign trouble differentiating between High Pressure tanks (which I want) and Low Pressure tanks. Any specific suggestion will be helpful, but nothing more than $100.

Its safe to assume all tanks are HP unless they SPECIFICALLY SAY they are LP.

Very few guns can use the LP tanks.

Pretty much all guns use HP tanks except angels newer than the Speed.

And even with those few rare guns that need LP input, you would be better of with a HP tank, and an inline reg to drop it down to LP.

Ya, any marker can run on a HP tank as long as the reg on the marker can lower it.

But I hear HP puts more stress on the reg and lessens the life span of the seals.

I've heard that too, but never have I SEEN that.

However, what is likely is that paintball companies are trying to make guns as CHEAPLY as possible to make MORE MONEY.
As a result, regs are using cheaper seals, and cheaper springs.

SO, with such low quality regs, its possible that they may not last as long with HP input vs LP input.

That said, performence suffers with LP. The gun will starve, and consistency worsen.
