32 degrees remote problem

I just bought a tippmann a-5 with a remote. When I turn the valve on the remote to put air in the gun it fights me and sometimes wont turn, instead it sprays co2 on me, it was so cold it burnt me.when it does workit dont turn on easy. What should I do?

is it screwed all the way in before you try turning it? And does your tank have a good o-ring?

I don't have an answer for you, but I do suggest gloves next time you use it just incase..

Tank is screwed in

Yeah, tank is screwed all the way in, im a newb to remotes, Sometimes it goes right on, and sometimes the valve is so hard I cant turn it, all the while air is spraying out. I dont know if its defective, or operator error...

you may need to take the pin out of the on/off valve on the remote and clean it and relube it. maybe even replace the oring that is on it.
