Which AKA reg are you talking about? The 2-Liter or the Sidewinder? The 2-Liter supposedly has the fastest recharge rate, but besides that you will barely notice any difference between the two.

I do like how easy it is to take the Gladiator apart though.

they are so damn good there is no noticable difference. cheaper is better in this case.
