Question about Anti Syphon Co2 Tank.

I ordered a Worr Games Pro Autococker 2004, and waiting for it to come. In the meantime it says I need a Anti Syphon Co2 tank, or N2. I know what Anti Syphon tanks are but never used one on a gun. What are the do's, and don't if I have an Anti Syphon tank connected? Could it hurt the gun in anyway if they say u can use it? Thanks.

You have to make sure that the anti-siphon tube is lined up properly when the tank is attached. If it is curving downwards it'll pick up all the liquid instead. If you don't have the tube installed already, attach the tank to the marker and mark the point that faces up. Then when you install the tube make sure it bends in that direction once the valve is installed. Other than that, don't use an anti-siphon with a remote or vertical bottle mount because it can draw in liquid.

Ok thanks for that replie, but what would happen if I were using the gun with the anti syphon tank hooked up and tipped the gun at a 90 degree angle and shot?

So you'd be shooting straight up? Or the gun is leaning to the side.

Straight up seems pointless to do, but it would have the same deal as the remote line- the tube will probably start to draw in liquid if you keep going. Sideways, still basically the same thing.

Think of the CO2 as a soda bottle- Liquid with a pocket of gas. The anti-siphon tube would be feeding from the gas pocket under the right conditions. It's not a perfect example, but it kinda works. Don't get overly worried about the liquid sloshing around as you run and lean or anything. Any liquid that makes it out of the tank can still boil into gas before it gets very far.

Overall it'll be just fine, and it's not something worth getting worked up about.
