preset n2 tank?

whats the difference of a preset n2 tank with a regular n2 tank..

'Regular' n2 tanks are Preset. Preset means that the output pressure from the tank is constant, and not adjustable. They are usually about 800-850 psi (High pressure tanks) and 400psi or so (low pressure tanks).

Adjustable tanks (such as the maxflow tanks, angel air, conquest systems, etc) have another reulator on the tank, so that you can adjust the air out put to a precise amount, theoretically making your gun shoot a little more consistent velocity wise (285 fps, 284 fps, 286 fps, like that).

People usually say they are a waste of cash, unless you got the cash to spend on them, seeing as they are usually $300+ for them.
