macro or micro line for co2

Can you use macro or micro line with a paintball gun powered by co2? I was wondering if it would blow up the hose.

you can use macroline, but it is a little more likely to explode because of the cold liquid that may get in there. I have only ever had it happen once. If you have a co2 tank that is anti-siphoned, then you shouldnt have a problem.

i used macro with straight up co2 for about a year with no problems at all. just get good macro and not some cheapo thin stuff and it shouldnt explode. you should really like the ease of macro because you can just cut your own piece for how long you need it, and its easy to disconnect from your asa and reg/xchamber for when you replace one or the other or just need them separated.

Ya, Macro is good stuff.

And just to clarify. Microline is basically smaller Macroline hose (micro), but this tube is usually coming from an LPR or going directly into a solenoid. It's not the tube you see connecting the regulator/air source adapter. Lower pressureized air goes through this.
