68 obviosly holds more air. a crude comparison could be 15 shots per ci. so 68x15 vs 45x15 for shots per fill. I would suggest you research the marker your putting it on for specific efficiency though.

other than that, one is much lighter than the other. If you can get away w/ a 45 get one. I used to use one on my dm4. I got about 4 pods and a loader. (if that was all the paint I needed, I used it. otherwise I use a 68/45)

I just purchasaed a PMI Carbon Fiber 45/4500 today for $160 Brand New. I went with the 45/4500 vs the 68/4500 because (a) the 45 will be smaller and (b) refills are easy to get at the field, so no issue about running out of air. Additionally with my long dropforward the 45/4500 only sticks out past my grips 1/2 tank length.

with a 45 it is comfortable to get a rail and still not have a long tank, so I highly suggest you get a rail opposed to a drop.
