The regulator seperates from the tank?
And you're sure its empty, right? I mean beyond sure that its beyond empty.
Grab it by the regulator and take it off of the gun. Take it to the shop and see if they'll either torque it down or something. I'd say have them loctite it but it may not be designed for that.
When it has pressure it should be pretty impossible to take apart like that, but you never know.

grab it by the reg, and unscrew that, do not unscrew the tank. take the whole thing to a proshop and have them take a look at it. remember - it may seem fixed after you take it off and it doesn't unscrew anymore - but you still need to have a qualified professional or airsmith look at the tank before you try to refill it.
be careful!

yeah just take it to a proshop or someone who actually knows what they are doing, we dont need a tank going blowy uppy and somebody going to the hospitally.

It wouldn't blow up, it would most likely just shoot off. Then hurt somebody.

They'll probably red loctite it, and torque it down for you.

Loctite is like a very very very strong glue, then they will screw it in as hard as possible.

This isn't a problem. If there is no air, just take off the tank, or don't. Just get the reg off, and tighten the reg onto the tank hand tight. When it pressurizes it will seal. I was skeptical about doing this, but thats how I travel with tanks and I haven't had any problems. No need for loctite or torquing it down.

Is the silver part off the gun? When both are off (tank and reg) just screw the reg into the tank (be careful not to cross-thread). Go as tight as you can with your hand, and voila....

Ya i had to get the silver off the gun with a monkey wrench or whatever its called. I could use the wrench to get the tank on my reg alot harder than just with my hands, should i?

Don't mess up the reg. If you don't feel comfortable with it being hand-tight (It's perfectly fine this way) then just take it into the shop. They're going to do the same thing, except they might throw on some blue loctite.
